1. Redemption is available from 1 – 31 October 2024.
2. One redemption per customer per day. Valid while stocks last.
3. Each receipt is only entitled to one redemption mall-wide on the same day of purchase. Valid for single receipt purchases only.
4. All gifts are not exchangeable for cash and other items.
5. Redemption of gift is on a first-come-first-served basis. Only original receipt is accepted. Duplication/ reprint are not allowed.
6. Voucher is for the participating outlets only in Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall.
7. Gift redemption is strictly for shoppers of Pavilion Damansara Height only. Employees of Pavilion DH & retail staffs are not allowed to participate and redeem on behalf of shoppers.
8. Redemption is not valid for receipts that are collected based on payment that is fully subsidizes by cash vouchers.
9. The time for redemption process is from 10.00am – 10.00pm daily. The Customer(s) shall redeem the Gift(s) at the Concierge Counter, Level 2 of Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall within the redemption period, while stock lasts subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable rules imposed by the Management and/or the merchant(s).
10. For payment that is partially subsidized by cash vouchers, only the amount topped up by cash can be considered for the redemption of the amount.
11. Not valid for bill payments, utilities payments, money changer facilities, banking transactions or ATM transactions or car wash.
12. In the event of dispute, the Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification.
13. Pavilion Damansara Heights does not warrant the quality, performance or fitness for the purpose of any prizes and shall not be responsible for any consequence including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or redemption or use of gifts.
14. Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall will not be responsible in any way for any loss or damage to the receipt or ticket. No replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made to the loss or damaged receipt or ticket.
15. Pavilion Damansara Heights reserves the right to terminate / vary / withdraw / substitute any mall promotion at any time, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.
16. The decision of Pavilion Damansara Heights on all matters relating to all mall promotions is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence, whether relating to the allotment of redemption or otherwise, will be entertained.
