• Receipts submission must be made on the same day of purchase via mall Mobile App or Concierge at Level 2
• Limited to 1,000 redemptions per day.
• The time for redemption process is from 10.00am – 10.00pm daily at Concierge, Level 2.
• Complimentary 2-hour parking is limited to one (1) redemption per day per vehicle, based on the same car plate number.
• Redemption only applicable to shoppers who have registered an account in the Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall App.
• Parking tickets or Touch N Go Card must be presented with the receipts for validation at Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall Concierge Level 2.
• Applicable for entry with parking ticket and Touch N Go Card only.
• Not applicable for Valet Service, AAATap.
• Not valid for receipts from car wash, money changers and utility payments.
• Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall will not be responsible in any way for any loss or damage to the receipt or ticket. No replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made to the loss or damaged receipt or ticket.
